1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Profna UAB ("Profna", "we", "us"). If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you may bind it to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service consists of the Profna Vision, Flow and Trace products, related cloud dashboards, edge devices and APIs, as described on profna.online. We may improve, change or deprecate features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter contracts.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity on your account.
- One account per person; shared logins for organizations are not allowed.
4. Credits, fees and renewals
The Service is metered in credits. One credit costs USD 0.10. Plans are billed in advance for the chosen term (monthly or annual, with a discount for annual). Credits do not expire while your subscription is active. Bonus credits are non-refundable. Taxes are added where applicable.
5. Payment
We accept bank transfer today, with card, PayPal and Stripe coming soon. For bank transfer, banking details are sent to the email on file once you place an order. Service activates after funds clear.
6. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid order — see our Refund Policy. Bonus credits and fees for hardware shipped or activated are excluded.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend the Service if your use threatens platform security, infringes third-party rights or violates law.
8. Customer data
You retain all rights in the operational data you connect. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our models.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own (no less than reasonable care) and use it only for the purposes of this agreement.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Term and termination
You may cancel renewal at any time from your account. We may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice if not cured, or immediately for serious abuse, illegal use or non-payment.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The courts of Klaipėda, Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
