Pricing questions
How is a credit consumed?+
Credits are spent on metered platform actions: inspection minutes, dashboard seats, generated fabric passports and API calls. The bundled credits in each plan cover typical usage for the listed scope.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Nothing breaks — your machines keep inspecting. You'll get a notification and can top up at $0.10 per credit. Unused credits roll over for one billing cycle.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes — annual plans get a 20% discount. Quarterly gets 5%. You can mix this on the checkout page.
Is there really no free trial?+
