How does the pricing work without plans?+
You simply buy credits and activate the products you need from your dashboard — per machine, per month. No tier to pick, no features locked behind a higher plan.
What's the minimum I can spend?+
Top-ups start at 50 credits ($5). That's enough to try Profna Trace on a single machine for half a month.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Active products pause at the end of the billing day until you top up. Your data, configuration and history stay untouched.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits never expire and can be used for any product at any time.
Can I activate and deactivate products at any time?+
Yes. Switch products on or off per machine from your dashboard. Billing is pro-rated to the day.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
Yes — bigger credit packs include bonus credits, and we offer custom volume rates for 20+ machines. Contact sales for a quote.

Not a fit? Get your money back.
If Profna doesn't earn its place in your factory within 14 days of your first credit purchase, email us and we'll refund any unused credits in full.
