Acceptable Use Policy

To keep the Profna platform safe, fair and reliable for every customer, we ask that you follow these rules whenever you use the Service.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

1. No illegal activity

You may not use the Service to violate any law or regulation, including export controls, sanctions, intellectual-property rights, privacy or labor law in the jurisdictions where you operate.

2. No abuse of the platform

  • No reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code, model weights or proprietary algorithms.
  • No probing or scanning of our infrastructure beyond your tenant.
  • No bypassing of credit metering, authentication, rate limits or quotas.
  • No use of the Service to build a directly competing inspection or traceability product.

3. No harmful content

  • Do not upload malware, viruses or any code intended to disrupt the Service.
  • Do not upload personal data outside the scope of your stated lawful basis.
  • Do not use the Service to surveil workers in ways that violate local labor law.

4. Fair resource use

Our APIs are protected by rate limits. Automated workloads above documented limits require a written agreement. We may throttle or pause workloads that destabilize the platform for other customers.

5. Security cooperation

If you discover a vulnerability, please contact [email protected] and give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure. Good-faith research is appreciated and will not result in legal action.

6. Reporting abuse

To report abuse, fraud or any violation of this policy, write to [email protected] with as much detail as you can share.

7. Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. For serious violations — fraud, security attacks, illegal content — we may act immediately and report to the relevant authorities.
