1. The 14-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Profna platform, you can request a full refund of your first paid invoice within 14 calendar days from the date of payment. No questions asked, no forms to fight with — one email to [email protected] is enough.
2. Who is eligible
- New Profna customers paying for their first subscription term.
- Both monthly and annual plans qualify.
- You must use the same business identity that placed the order.
3. What is excluded
- Bonus credits granted on top of credit packs.
- Add-on credit packs purchased separately, once consumed.
- Hardware that has been shipped, opened or activated on a machine.
- Custom integration, training and on-site deployment fees.
- Renewals after your first paid term.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For bank transfers, funds are returned to the sending IBAN within 10 business days of approval. We do not charge restocking or processing fees.
5. After 14 days
You can cancel renewal at any time from your account dashboard. You will keep access to paid features until the end of your billing term, but no further charges will apply.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at [email protected] — we resolve more than 95% of billing questions within two business days.
